They vote to have a race, but everyone declines to race Harry Hare but Teddy Tortoise, the slowest of them all. It’s utterly foolish to the forest animals to expect Teddy Tortoise to win.

The bear cubs Stubby and Prissy can’t seem to agree on anything—not even on who should close the door while playing a game. Disgusted, their forest friends walk out because of their bickering.
